摘　　要：胰淀素是一种天然激素,可调节食物摄入和餐后血糖波动。胰淀素在胰岛β细胞中合成,并与胰岛素共分泌,在葡萄糖稳态中发挥作用。普兰林肽是一种合成的胰淀素类似物,具有与天然肽相同的生理作用,通过减缓胃排空、减少食物摄入量和减少餐后胰高血糖素分泌等机制来调节血糖、补充胰岛素,同时有减重效应,使其成为许多使用胰岛素的糖尿病患者的另一种治疗选择。Amylin is a natural hormone,which can regulates food intake and postprandial blood sugar fluctuations.Amylin is synthesized in isletβcells and co-secreted with insulin,and it plays a role in glucose homeostasis.Pramlintide is a synthetic amylin analogue,which has the same physiological effects as natural peptides.It regulates blood glucose and supplements insulin by mechanisms such as slowing down gastric emptying,reducing food intake and postprandial glucagon secretion and so on.At the same time,it has the effect of weight loss,which makes it another treatment option for many diabetic patients who use insulin.
