超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管在老年患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管在老年患者中的应用效果。方法将100例在我院行手术治疗的60岁以上老年患者采用随机数字表法将其分为U组和C组,每组50例。U组行超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管,C组行传统触摸法桡动脉穿刺置管。比较两组的穿刺情况,包括首次成功率、总成功率、穿刺时间和并发症发生情况。结果U组的首次成功率显著高于C组,穿刺时间显著短于C组(P<0.05);C组有3例患者局部出现血肿,U组所有患者均未发生血肿;两组均未出现感染情况。结论超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管应用于老年患者中的穿刺成功率高,穿刺时间短,临床应用价值较高。Objective To investigate the application effect of ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture and catheterization in elderly patients.Methods A total of 100 patients over 60 years old operated in our hospital were randomly divided into U group and C group,with 50 cases in each group.The U group received ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture and catheterization,and the C group received radial artery puncture and catheterization by traditional touch method.The puncture conditions of the two groups were compared,including the first success rate,total success rate,puncture time and complications.Results The first-time success rate in the U group was significantly higher than that in the C group,and the puncture time was significantly shorter than that in the C group(P﹤0.05);3 patients in the C group had localized hematoma,no hematoma occurred in the U group,no infection occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture and catheterization is applied in elderly patients with high success rate of puncture,short puncture time and higher clinical application value.
