Objective To investigate the application effect of multi-mode analgesia process participated by clinical pharmacists in orthopedic surgery. Methods A total of 186 patients who underwent orthopaedic surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to different analgesic methods, with 93 cases in each group. The control group was given routine analgesia, while the observation group was given multi-mode analgesia process participated by clinical pharmacists. The analgesic effects of the two groups were compared. Results At 12 hours,1,3 and 5 d after operation, the NRS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after operation, the scores of daily life, emotional index and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-mode analgesia process participated by clinical pharmacists in patients with orthopaedic surgery can significantly improve the patient's analgesic effect and satisfaction, reduce the adverse reactions and the impact of pain on the quality of life, and facilitate the postoperative recovery.
