摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)与经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床效果。方法将2015年1月至2017年12月收治的65例BPH患者按手术方案不同分成TURP组(32例,TURP术)和等离子组(33例,经尿道双极等离子电切术)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果手术后,两组的IPSS评分均下降(P<0.05)。等离子组的围术期并发症总发生率明显低于TURP组(P<0.05)。等离子组的住院时间、膀胱冲洗时间和尿管拔出时间均短于TURP组(P<0.05)。结论经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗BPH的临床效果与TURP术相当,但安全性更高。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)and transurethral bipolar plasma resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods A total of 65 BPH patients treated from January 2015 to December 2017 were divided into TURP group(32 cases,TURP)and plasma group(33 cases,transurethral bipolar plasma resection)according to different surgical methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After operation,IPSS score of both groups decreased(P<0.05).The total incidence of perioperative complications in the plasma group was significantly lower than that in the TURP group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,bladder washing time and catheter pulling out time in the plasma group were shorter than those in the TURP group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral bipolar plasma resection in the treatment of BPH has similar clinical effect to TURP,but the safety is higher.
