摘　　要：目的探讨沈舒文桔梗枳壳汤加味对反流性食管炎痰气交阻症模型大鼠胃肠动力的作用机制。方法将86只造模成功的雄性实验大鼠分为观察组和对照组,各43只。观察组灌服沈舒文桔梗枳壳汤加味治疗,对照组灌服等量的蒸馏水。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的进食量、饮水量均大于对照组,胃排空率、小肠推进率、MTL、GAS、VIP、NO水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沈舒文桔梗枳壳汤加味能改善反流性食管炎痰气交阻症模型大鼠的胃肠动力,可调节胃肠激素分泌。Objective To investigate the effect mechanism of modified Shenshuwen Jiegeng Zhike decoction on gastrointestinal motility in model rats with reflux esophagitis and obstruction of phlegm and air.Methods Eighty-six male experimental model rats were successfully established and divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with modified Shenshuwen Jiegeng Zhike decoction,while the control group was given distilled water.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The food intake and water intake in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the gastric emptying rate and small intestine propulsion rate,the levels of MTL,GAS,VIP and NO were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Shenshuwen Jiegeng Zhike decoction can improve the gastrointestinal motility in model rats with reflux esophagitis and obstruction of phlegm and air,and regulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones.
