中药熏洗、针灸推拿联合电脑中频电疗仪治疗老年腰腿痛患者的效果

摘　　要：目的观察中药熏洗、针灸推拿联合电脑中频电疗仪在老年腰腿痛患者治疗中的价值。方法将84例老年腰腿痛患者随机分为参照组(41例)和观察组(43例)。参照组应用常规西药+电脑中频电疗仪治疗,观察组在参照组基础上应用中药熏洗+针灸推拿治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组NRS评分和中医证候积分均降低,且观察组低于参照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗、针灸推拿联合电脑中频电疗仪治疗老年腰腿痛患者可缓解疼痛,改善临床症状与疗效。Objective To observe the value of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation-washing,acupuncture and massage combined with computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy instrument in the treatment of elderly patients with lumbago-leg pain.Methods Eighty-four elderly patients with lumbago-leg pain were randomly divided into reference group(41 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine+computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy instrument,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation-washing+acupuncture and massage on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the NRS scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation-washing,acupuncture and massage combined with computer intermediate frequency electrotherapy instrument in the treatment of elderly patients with lumbago-leg pain can relieve pain,improve clinical symptoms and curative effect.
