注射用骨瓜提取物联合丹参酮注射液对四肢骨折患者凝血功能及炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨注射用骨瓜提取物联合丹参酮注射液对四肢骨折患者凝血功能及炎性因子的影响。方法将92例接受手术治疗的四肢骨折患者按照电脑数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各46例。对照组术后予以丹参酮注射液治疗,试验组给予注射用骨瓜提取物联合丹参酮注射液治疗。对比两组治疗前、后的凝血功能和炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,两组患者FIB、D-D、TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射用骨瓜提取物联合丹参酮注射液可有效改善四肢骨折患者术后的凝血功能,并降低炎性因子水平。Objective To investigate the effects of bone melon extract for injection and tanshinone injection on coagulation function and inflammatory factors in patients with limb fractures.Methods Ninety-two patients with limb fractures treated by operation were divided into control group and experimental group by computer random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tanshinone injection,and the experimental group was treated with bone melon extract for injection and tanshinone injection.The coagulation function and inflammatory factors levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of FIB,D-D,TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in the two groups decreased,and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The bone melon extract for injection combined with tanshinone injection can effectively improve blood coagulation function and reduce inflammatory factors levels in patients with limb fractures.
