针刺三阴交、绝骨穴对肾精不足型高血压的即时降压效应

摘　　要：目的观察针刺三阴交、绝骨穴对肾精不足型高血压的即时降压效应。方法将100例符合纳入标准的高血压患者随机分为对照组(针刺双侧三阴交、足三里穴)和治疗组(针刺双侧三阴交、绝骨穴),每组50例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的即时治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的即时收缩压及舒张压明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺三阴交、绝骨可即时降低肾精不足型高血压患者的血压,在降低收缩压方面,较于针刺三阴交、足三里组疗效更好。Objective To observe the immediate hypotensive effect of acupuncture at Sanyinjiao and Juegu acupoint on hypertension with deficiency of kidney essence.Methods A total of 100 hypertensive patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(acupuncture at Sanyinjiao and Zusanli acupoint)and treatment group(acupuncture at Sanyinjiao and Juegu acupoint),with 50 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of immediate treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the immediate systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Sanyinjiao and Juegu can immediately reduce the blood pressure of hypertensive patients with deficiency of kidney essence,and has better effect on reducing systolic pressure than acupuncture at Sanyinjiao and Zusanli.
