护患互动达标模式对冠心病合并糖尿病介入治疗患者不良预后结果的影响

摘　　要：目的研究护患互动达标模式对冠心病合并糖尿病介入治疗患者不良预后结果的影响。方法选取我院2017年3月至2018年10月经介入治疗的98例冠心病合并糖尿病患者,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组给予常规护理及健康教育,观察组采用护患互动达标模式。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组各项自我管理质量指标评分均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、总体健康评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良预后结果总发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护患互动达标模式护理可有效提高对冠心病合并糖尿病患者糖代谢的调节作用,提高生活质量,增强自我管理意识,减少不良预后结果的发生,值得在临床推广。Objective To study the influence of nurse-patient interaction standard model on the adverse prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus treated by interventional therapy.Methods A total of 98 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus treated by interventional therapy in our hospital from March 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with random number method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and health education,and the observation group was given nurse-patient interaction standard model.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of indexes of quality self-management in the two groups increased significantly,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,physical limitations,physical pain,vitality,social function and overall health of the two groups increased,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse-patient interaction standard model can effectively improve the regulation of glucose metabolism and quality of life,enhance self-management awareness,and reduce the occurrence of adverse prognosis results.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
