摘　　要：目的探索阿托伐他汀联合促红素治疗血液透析肾性贫血患者的临床效果。方法选择2017年9月22日至2018年9月22日收治的100例血液透析肾性贫血患者为研究对象,根据随机抓阄法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用促红素治疗,观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合促红素治疗。比较两组肾纤维化指标、脂质代谢指标、微炎症指标和营养状态。结果治疗后,两组CTGF、TGF-β1、LN、FN、LDL-C、TG、TC、TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平均显著降低,HDL-C、Alb、SF、Hb水平显著升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合促红素治疗血液透析肾性贫血患者效果显著,可改善患者微炎症反应和脂质代谢情况,保护肾功能,恢复营养状态。Objective To explore the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with erythropoietin on hemodialysis patients with renal anemia.Methods A total of 100 hemodialysis patients with renal anemia admitted from September 22,2017 to September 22,2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the method of random lot drawing,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with erythropoietin,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin combined with erythropoietin.The indexes of renal fibrosis,lipid metabolism,microinflammation and nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CTGF,TGF-β1,LN,FN,LDL-C,TG,TC,TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP in the two groups significantly reduced,the levels of HDL-C,Alb,SF and Hb significantly increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with erythropoietin has a significant effect in the treatment of hemodialysis patients with renal anemia.It can improve the microinflammatory reaction and lipid metabolism,protect renal function and restore nutritional status.
