经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床效果。方法选取本院收诊的120例BPH患者作为研究对象,采用分段随机法将其分为观察组(60例,经尿道前列腺等离子电切术)与对照组(60例,耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果手术后,观察组的CIPE-5、IIEF-5评分高于对照组,IPSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院天数、术后疼痛评分、手术总出血量及手术用时均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺等离子电切术可改善BPH患者的勃起功能与早泄情况,减轻其前列腺症状,同时可缩短其康复时间。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods A total of 120 BPH patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group(60 cases,transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate)and control group(60 cases,suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After surgery,the scores of CIPE-5 and IIEF-5 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the IPSS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization,postoperative pain score,total bleeding volume and operation time in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate can improve erectile function and premature ejaculation,reduce prostate symptoms,and shorten recovery time of BPH patients.
