补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症的效果。方法选择2018年3月至2019年7月我院收治的脑中风后遗症患者120例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组给予基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前、后的生活自理能力评分及运动能力评分。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的生活自理能力评分及运动能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的生活自理能力评分及运动能力评分均明显升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合针灸在脑中风后遗症患者中的治疗效果理想,可改善患者的自理生活能力及运动能力,具有显著临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture on the sequelae of cerebral apoplexy.Methods From March 2018 to July 2019,120 patients with sequelae of cerebral apoplexy in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,the scores of self-care ability and motor ability before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of self-care ability and motor ability(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of self-care ability and motor ability in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the patients with sequelae of cerebral apoplexy has ideal treatment effect,it can improve the self-care ability and motor ability of patients,which has significant clinical application value.
