运动康复联合饮食干预在心脏瓣膜置换术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究运动康复联合饮食干预在心脏瓣膜置换术后患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年5月至2019年5月本院收治的80例心脏瓣膜病患者作为研究对象,将其按照简单随机法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组患者实施术后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施运动康复联合饮食干预。比较两组患者护理前、后的心功能指标、生活质量、血钾水平及临床疗效。结果护理后,两组患者的左室射血分数、代谢当量、生活质量评分均升高,血钾水平均降低,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动康复联合饮食干预在心脏瓣膜置换术后患者中能够改善患者的心脏功能及血钾水平,提高生存质量,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of exercise rehabilitation combined with diet intervention in patients after heart valve replacement.Methods Eighty patients with valvulopathy who treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to simple random method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative nursing,and the observation group received exercise rehabilitation combined with diet intervention on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function indexes,quality of life,blood potassium levels before and after nursing and the clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the left ventricular ejection fraction,metabolic equivalent and scores of quality of life in the two groups increased,the levels of blood potassium decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation combined with diet intervention in patients after heart valve replacement can improve cardiac function,blood potassium level and the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
