摘  要:植物在生长发育过程中会受到一系列环境因素的影响,这些因素既包含生物因素,又包含非生物因素。温度作为重要的非生物因素之一,与植物的分布和生长发育过程密切相关,温度过高或过低都会影响植物正常的生长发育,同高温相比低温通常限制了有助于生命过程的有机反应,制约植物正常的代谢发育。植物抗寒性研究是植物抗逆研究的重要组成之一,研究植物形态结构和生理生化特征,正确鉴定和测试植物的抗寒性能,可为进一步代谢组学、杂交育种以及转基因培育抗寒新品种提供基础数据和参考,对物种保护、培育良种均具有重要意义。本文综述了国内外关于植物抗寒性鉴定方法,分析了不同方法的优点和缺点,并对植物抗寒性的形态结构特征和生理生化机制进行总结,展望了下一步研究的重点,以期为相关抗逆性研究提供参考。In the process of plant growth and development,it will be affected by a series of environmental factors,including both biological factors and abiotic factors.As one of the important abiotic factors,temperature is closely related to the distribution and growth process of plants.Too high or too low temperature will affect the normal growth and development of plants.Compared with high temperature,low temperature usually limits the organic reaction which is helpful to the life process and restricts the normal metabolism and development of plants.Cold resistance research is a major problem for cold resistance breeders.Cold resistance research has become an important part of stress resistance research.Studying plant morphological structure,physiological and biochemical characteristics,correctly identifying and testing the cold resistance of plants can provide basic data and reference for further metabolomics,hybrid breeding and transgenic breeding of new cold resistant varieties,as well as for species protection and breeding Species are of great signifi cance.In this paper,the methods of plant cold resistance identification at home and abroad are reviewed,the advantages and disadvantages of different methods are analyzed,the morphological and structural characteristics and physiological and biochemical mechanisms of plant cold resistance are summarized,and the focus of the next research is prospected,in order to provide reference for the related research of cold resistance.
