摘  要:【目的】为了了解陆均松天然林内8种常见树种凋落物和土壤浸提物是否具有化感效应,为探索陆均松天然林下幼苗萌发受到阻碍的原因做铺垫。【方法】采用典型抽样方法和培养皿滤纸法探索海南陆均松天然林下8种常见树种凋落物和土壤的化感敏感性,分析在不同浓度梯度下凋落物和土壤浸提液对黑麦草的化感作用,测定凋落物和土壤浸提液对种子萌发特性的化感效应指数。【结果】结果表明:8种凋落物中对黑麦草的种子发芽产生化感抑制作用大小为:香润楠>乐东拟单性木兰>陆均松>岭南青冈>白花含笑,栎子青冈、油丹和红椆对受体植物不同部位产生化感抑制作用差异较大;林下土壤对黑麦草的种子发芽率的抑制率大小为:白花含笑<岭南青冈<油丹<栎子青冈<红椆<陆均松<乐东拟单性木兰<香润楠;黑麦草受到8种树种凋落物和林下土壤的化感效应指数变化趋势相同,但化感作用程度有所差异;陆均松天然林下8种常见凋落物和土壤的化感效应具有浓度梯度效应,可通过增加林内含水量进行改善。【结论】因此,8种常见树种凋落物和林下土壤具有化感潜力,对受体植物种子萌发、幼苗天然更新具有化感抑制作用。适当清除林下凋落物和增加林内含水量以减弱陆均松天然林下凋落物和土壤对林下植物更新的化感抑制作用等的人工抚育措施可以考虑。【Objective】In order to understand whether the eight kinds of litterfall and soil of 8 common tree species in Dacrydium pierrei natural forest had allelopathic effects on seed germination and seedling regeneration of plant under forest,which is paved the way for exploring the reasons why the germination of the seedlings under the natural forest of Dacrydium pierrei is hindered.【Method】Using the typical sampling method and Petri dish fi lter paper method to explore allelopathic sensitivity of the eight kinds of litterfall and soil under Dacrydium pierrei natural forest,analyzed the allelopathy of litter and soil leach liquor on ryegrass at in different concentration gradients,and measured the allelopathic effects index of litter and soil leach liquor on seed germination characteristics.【Result】The results showed the following:allelopathic effects degree of the eight kinds of litterfall under forest on seeds germination of ryegrass was that:Machilus zuihoensis>Parakmeria lotungensis>Dacrydium pierrei>Cyclobalanopsis championii>Michelia mediocris,Cyclobalanopsis blakei,Alseodaphne hainanensis and Lithocarpus handelianus have different allelopathic effects for different parts of receptor plants;the inhibition rate of soil for germination rate of ryegrass seeds was as follows:Michelia mediocris<Cyclobalanopsis championii<Alseodaphne hainanensis<Cyclobalanopsis blakei<Lithocarpus handelianus<Dacrydium pierrei<Parakmeria lotungensis<Machilus zuihoensis;the allelopathic effect index of ryegrass affecting by leach liquor in litter and understory soil of eight tree species,has the same changing trend,but the degree of allelopathic effect was different;the allelopathic effects of eight kinds of litter and soil under of 8 common tree species in Dacrydium pierrei forest had concentration gradient effection,which could be improved by increasing the water content in the forest.【Conclusion】Therefore,Litter and understory soils of 8 common tree species have allelopathic potential,and have allelopathic effects on se
