品管圈活动在降低血液透析患者低血压发生率中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在降低血液透析患者低血压发生率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,小组成员由血液透析室的7名护士和1名医生自愿组成,圈名为“护肾圈”,确立活动主题为“降低血液透析患者低血压发生率”,活动时间为期6个月,进行现况调查、分析原因、确立目标值、制定对策并实施。比较品管圈活动前(2018年1月)与品管圈活动后(2018年6月),本科室52例维持性血液透析患者IDH的发生率。结果品管圈活动前IDH的发生率为31.90%,显著高于品管圈活动后的8.99%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动不仅降低了血液透析患者IDH的发生率,同时提升了圈员的团队凝聚力,为患者提供了更好的优质护理服务。Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activity in reducing the incidence of hypotension in hemodialysis patients.Methods A quality control circle group was established,which was composed of 7 nurses and 1 doctor by own accord in the hemodialysis room.The circle was named"renal protection circle".The theme of the activity was"reducing the incidence of hypotension in hemodialysis patients".The activity lasted for 6 months.The current situation was investigated,the causes were analyzed,the target value was established,and the countermeasures were formulated and implemented.The incidence of IDH in 52 maintenance hemodialysis patients of this department was compared before(January 2018)and after(June 2018)quality control circle activity.Results The incidence of IDH before quality control circle activity was 31.90%,which was significantly higher than 8.99%after quality control circle activity,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activity not only reduce the incidence of IDH in hemodialysis patients,but also enhances the cohesion of the circle members and provide better quality nursing services for patients.
