摘  要:基于物料平衡和能量守恒,分析和建立了管壳式换热器动态数学模型,以差分代替微分对模型进行数字化,通过组态王工控软件脚本语言编制了管壳式换热器动态实时仿真程序,能够模拟换热过程中各工艺参数变化时对换热终温的影响,对工程现场换热控制回路实际工作过程的研究及参数调校具有一定的指导和参考意义.Analyze and set up the dynamic mathematical model of tube and shell heat exchanger to difference instead of differential model of the digital based on material balance and energy conservation,through configuration chopped control software scripting language to compile the dynamic real-time simulation program of tube and shell heat exchanger and to simulate the heat transfer in the process of each process parameter change of heat-exchange terminal temperature influence,for heat exchange field engineering of the actual working process of the research of control circuit and parameters adjustment has certain guidance and reference significance.
