摘  要:本文以DMC为催化剂,通过起始剂和环氧丙烷配位聚合得到聚醚多元醇,研究了硫酸和催化剂用量以及反应条件对产品质量的影响,得到了较佳的工艺条件,并简单探讨了催化剂的反应机理。结果表明,当硫酸用量为40 ppm,催化剂用量为100 ppm,反应温度为140~150℃时,可以得到优良的聚醚多元醇。Polyether polyol was synthesized from initiator and PO with DMC as catalyst.The effect of sulphuric acid's dosage,catalyst's dosage and reaction conditions on the quality of product were discussed.The optimal process conditions were obtained.The catalyst mechanism were briefly discussed.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:sulfuric acid was 40 ppm of total mass,DMC was 100 ppm of total mass,reaction temperature was 140~150℃.Under this condition,the quality of obtained polyether polyol was excellent.
