摘 要:目的研究酯化剂一元醇种类对K0.5Na0.5NbO3(KNN)粉体以及对应陶瓷性能的影响。方法采用溶胶-凝胶法以一元醇∶乙二醇=1∶1为酯化剂制备KNN粉体。结果XRD结果表明不同一元醇下KNN粉体及陶瓷均具有正交相钙钛矿结构;SEM结果表明当酯化剂为乙二醇时,所获得的KNN粉体形貌清晰且具有约220 nm粒径;当酯化剂为乙二醇时,KNN陶瓷的结晶性、晶粒尺寸和致密性最佳,且在室温下具有较优的介电性能,εr=220,tanδ=0.07。结论当酯化剂为乙二醇时,有助于获得性能较优的KNN陶瓷。Purposes—To study the effects of monoalcohols,an esterifying agent,on the properties of K0.5Na0.5NbO3(KNN)powder and its ceramics.Methods—KNN powder was prepared with sol-gel method by using monohydric alcohol and ethylene glycol,the ratio of which is 1 to 1,as esterifying agent.Result—The KNN powders and ceramics are orthorhombic perovskite structure under different monoalcohols.When the esterifying agent was ethylene glycol,the obtained KNN powders have clear morphology and 220 nm particle size.When the esterifying agent was ethylene glycol,the obtained KNN ceramics have not only optimum crystallinity,grain size and compactness but also better dielectric properties at room temperature:εr=220,tanδ=0.07.Conclusion—When the esterifying agent is ethylene glycol,the obtained KNN ceramics have optimum dielectric properties.
