摘  要:目的研究正常人信噪空间分离(Spatial Separation,SS)与常规的可接受噪声级(acceptable noise level,ANL)结果是否存在差异以及验证ANL测试是否存在右耳优势。方法使用人教版的录音材料《北京的春节》作为言语材料播放,选取听力及言语正常的18-28岁青年受试者40名,将信号声固定为正前方,然后将噪声分别在正前方、左侧以及右侧播放,测试最舒适响度级(most comfortable level,MCL)和最大的背景噪声(background noise lev el,BNL),获得各方向上的可接受噪声级ANL,ANL=MCL-BNL。结果40名受试者在正前方、右侧、左侧所测得的ANL噪声的平均值(x±s dB HL)分别为1.2±3.212dB HL、-2.05±3.501dB HL、-2.35±3.000dB HL,经统计分析得噪声方位在正常与在左右两侧两两比较(P=0.02,P=0.00,P<0.05)具有显著性差异,左右耳侧噪声之间(P=0.12,P>0.05)没有显著差异。男女生的ANL(P=0.53,P>0.05)没有显著性差异。结论信躁空间分离有利于提高噪声的接受能力,ANL不存在右耳优势现象。Objective To report acceptable noise levels(ANL)as measured with and without signal noise spatial separation.Methods A speech material("Beijing Spring Festival")was used to test 40 young subjects with normal hearing and speech for the most comfortable level(MCL).Noise was then added at the front(same orientation as the test signal),from left and from right to obtain the maximum allowable background noise levels(BNL).The ANL was calculated(ANL=MCL-BNL)for each noise orientation.Results The average ANL(x±s)was 1.2±3.212 dB HL for noise coming from the same orientation with signals(front),-2.05±3.501 dB HL for noise from right and-2.35±3.000 dB HL for noise from left.ANL for noise from the same orientation with signal was higher than those for noise from the left(P=0.02)or right(P=0.00),but not so between ANLs for noise from the left or right sides(P=0.53).Also,there was no gender differences regarding the ANL(P>0.05).Conclusion Spatial separation of signal from noise helps improve speech receptivity against noise,with no noticeable advantages between ears.
