摘　　要：文章试图从分析“信息”在决策实践中的地位和作用的视角入手,来论证“信息大爆炸困境”这一观念是如何形成的,并基于对“信息”概念的深入分析之下,确认信息本身是一个价值词,它代表着从实体思维到价值思维的转变。文章继续通过对“信息的本质”及其“两个维度”的分析以及提出“从应该到是”才是决策的真实实践逻辑的观点来进一步论证信息的完整形态是什么,以及它对主体的意义主要在于辅助主体进行决策活动。文章最后强调实践检验真理的方法,以帮助“主体”从理论思维上和法治建设上来破除这一“困境”。This paper tries to demonstrate the formation process of the concept“information explosion”from the perspective of analysis on the position and role of“information”in the decision-making practice.Besides,on the basis of the in-depth analysis on the“information”concept,it confirms that information itself is a value world,representing the transition from the substantial thinking to the value thinking.This paper further demonstrates the intact form of information from the analysis on the“essence of information”and the“two dimensions”as well as the point that the real practice logic of decision is nothing but“from should be to just be”.It shows that its significance for the subject is that it assists the subject to conduct decision activities.At the end,this paper stresses the method using practice to verify the truth,thus helps the“subject”breaking such a“fake dilemma”from the theoretical thinking and legal construction.
