摘  要:为设计出一种适用于矿井内部的湿度传感器,采用电化学分步恒电流法,制备出多孔结构的聚苯胺薄膜,并将氧化锌颗粒负载于聚苯胺薄膜表面,获得一种无机/有机复合p-n异质结传感材料。并使用62.8%、72.5%、76.2%和86.8%四种湿度对传感器进行传感性能测试。结果表明当电流密度为19.2 mA/cm^2时,聚苯胺薄膜表面负载的氧化锌质量为5.85×10^-3 g,传感器的电化学活性面积(ESA)最大为268.5 m^2/g,传感器灵敏度达到峰值0.66。同时对传感器的传感机理进行了讨论。To design a humidity sensor suitable for mine interior environment,a kind of polyaniline film with porous structure was prepared by stepwise constant-current deposition method,and zinc oxide particles were loaded on the surface of the polyaniline film to form an inorganic/organic composite p-n heterojunction sensing material.The performance of sensor was tested using 62.8%,72.5%,76.2%,and 86.8%humidity.And tests showed that when the current density was 19.2 mA/cm^2,the weight of zinc oxide on the surface of the polyaniline film was 5.85×10^-3 g,the maximum specific electroactive surface area(ESA)of the sensor was 268.5 m^2/g,and the sensor sensitivity reached a peak value of 0.66.The sensing mechanism of the sensor is also discussed.
