摘 要:采用Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O和Fe(NO3)3·9H2O分别作为水热反应的锌源和铁源制备得到了ZnFe2O4纳米片状中空球。利用硼氢化钠和氯铂酸作为原料在常温下将不同质量分数的Pt混合到ZnFe2O4纳米粉末中。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和场发射扫描电镜(SEM)对样品进行了物相分析和形貌观察。分析了不同Pt质量分数的Pt-ZnFe2O4气敏层在不同温度下对丙酮的气敏性能,通过Pt激活的ZnFe2O4纳米粉末较未激活时对丙酮的气敏性能有了显著提高,具有工作温度低、选择性好和湿度稳定性好等优势。Nanosheet-assembled ZnFe2O4 Hollow powder was synthesized by the hydrothermal method.Zn(CH3COO)·2H2O and Fe(NO3)3 were raw materials of this method.Using sodium borohydride and chloroplatinic acid as the raw materials to mix different contents Pt into nanosheet-assembled ZnFe2O4 Hollow powder at room temperature.The phase constitution of ZnFe2O4 powder was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The morphology of the powder was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The sensing properties of these Pt-ZnFe2O4sensingcoatings to acetone at different temperatures was tested.Comparing with nanosheet-Assembled ZnFe2O4 Hollow sensing coating,Pt-ZnFe2O4sensingcoatings showed better gas sensing properties to acetone.Besides these Pt-ZnFe2O4 sensingcoatings can work in low temperature and has good selectivity and stability in different humidity.
