摘  要:对稳态工况下电动汽车驱动永磁同步电机的主观声品质预测模型进行研究。运用成对比较法对实验采集到的30组噪声样本进行主观评价评分,建立基于响度、尖锐度、粗糙度、抖动度与语义清晰度的客观心理声学指标评价体系。利用多元线性回归法,建立声品质主客观预测模型,分析影响永磁同步电机声品质的因素。此外,通过对预留样本的检验,验证了预测模型的准确性。结果表明:不同工况条件对客观心理声学参量存在不同程度影响;电机辐射高频边带噪声导致尖锐度与响度对主观偏好度的影响较为显著;基于多元线性回归方法所建立的预测模型对稳态工况下的主观声品质有较好预测能力,相关系数较高,误差率较小。该研究可为电驱动系统及整车声品质优化提供理论与实践基础。The permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)used in electric vehicle(EV)is studied.The sound quality prediction model under steady state conditions is established.Subjective evaluation scores are obtained by using the pairwise comparison method with 30 noise samples resulted from the experiment.The objective psycho-acoustic index evaluation system based on loudness,sharpness,roughness and articulation indexes is established.Using the multi-linear regression method,the subjective sound quality prediction model is constructed.The influencing factors of the sound quality of the PMSM are analyzed.In addition,the accuracy of the prediction model is verified by checking up the reserved samples.The results show that different operation conditions have different influences on the objective psycho-acoustic parameters.Due to the high-frequency sideband noise,sharpness and loudness have significant influence on the subjective preference.The prediction model based on the multi-linear regression has a good predictive ability for subjective sound quality under steadystate conditions,where the average deviation rate is low.This study provides a theoretical and practical guidance for optimizing the sound quality of the electricity driven system and the entire vehicles.
