摘  要:分别以六亚甲基亚胺(HMI)、哌啶(PI)和高哌嗪(HPZ)为有机结构导向剂(OSDA)水热晶化法合成了MCM-22分子筛,采用XRD、SEM、N2吸附-脱附等分析方法对合成的MCM-22分子筛进行表征,利用苯与乙烯液相烷基化制乙苯反应和1,3,5-三异丙苯裂解反应考察了MCM-22分子筛的催化性能。实验结果表明,采用HMI、PI及HPZ三种OSDA均能合成高结晶度的MCM-22分子筛,其中,以PI和HMI为OSDA合成的MCM-22分子筛具有较好的催化性能,PI可用作MCM-22分子筛合成的备选OSDA,但需要严格控制原料组成及晶化条件;以HPZ合成的MCM-22分子筛催化性能不理想。MCM-22 zeolites were synthesized through hydrothermal crystallization using hexamethyleneimine(HMI),piperidine(PI)and homopiperazine(HPZ)as organic structure-directing agents(OSDAs).The obtained MCM-22 zeolites were characterized by XRD,SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption.The catalytic performances of the synthesized MCM-22 were tested in ethylbenzene preparation by liquid-phase alkylation of benzene with ethylene and cracking of 1,3,5-triisopropylbenzene.All the three OSDAs are effective for the syntheses of high crystalline MCM-22 zeolites,and those synthesized using PI and HMI showed good catalytic performances.PI is an alternative OSDA for the synthesis of MCM-22 zeolite under the premise of strictly controlling the molar composition of the starting mixture and crystallization condition.MCM-22 zeolite synthesized using HPZ did not show ideal catalytic performance.
