摘 要:为探究再生N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)脱碳富液的最优工况条件,实现MDEA的重复利用,采用真空膜蒸馏方法,研究了脱碳富液的热侧料液温度、料液流速、冷侧真空度、CO2初始浓度等四种不同条件对再生MDEA脱碳富液的再生率和膜通量的影响。实验结果表明,单因素中温度是真空膜蒸馏再生MDEA脱碳富液的最主要因素,而富液中CO2初始浓度的影响最弱;以响应面分析法确定的最优工况条件为:富液温度65.5℃、富液流量200 mL/s、冷侧真空度23.3 kPa、CO2初始浓度656 mg/L,在此条件下,脱碳富液的再生率可达95.65%,膜通量可达9.78 kg/(m2·h)。In order to explore the optimal operating conditions of regeneration of rich N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)decarburization solution and realize the recycling of MDEA,the effects of hot side feed temperature,flow rate,cold side vacuum degree and initial concentration of CO2 of rich MDEA decarburization solution on the regeneration rate and membrane flux of regenerated rich MDEA decarburization solution were studied by vacuum membrane distillation method.The experimental results indicated that temperature was the most important factor in the regeneration of rich MDEA decarburization solution by vacuum membrane distillation,while the influence of initial concentration of CO2 in the rich MDEA decarburization solution was the weakest.The optimal operating conditions determined by response surface analysis were as follows:temperature of rich MDEA decarburization solution was 65.5℃,flow rate of rich MDEA decarburization solution was 200 mL/s,vacuum degree at cold side was 23.3 kPa,initial concentration of CO2 was 656 mg/L,under which the regeneration rate of rich MDEA decarburization solution reached 95.65%,the membrane flux reached 9.78 kg/(m^2·h).
