摘  要:分别利用邻甲氧基苯酚和聚邻甲氧基苯酚为抗氧剂,制备了聚丙烯(PP)/聚邻甲氧基苯酚复合样条和PP/邻甲氧基苯酚复合样条。通过DSC和PLM等方法研究了抗氧剂对PP结晶行为的影响,并分析了相关结晶动力学参数的变化。实验结果表明,邻甲氧基苯酚和聚邻甲氧基苯酚抗氧剂对PP的结晶具有异相成核作用,可促进PP结晶,提高结晶速率,聚邻甲氧基苯酚抗氧剂的作用更明显。在等温和非等温结晶条件下,它们作为成核剂均使PP的结晶温度提高,半结晶时间缩短,结晶速率加快,但结晶机理未发生改变。用非等温结晶数据得到Hoffman-Lauritzen理论中参数Kg和U*的变化趋势与等温结晶数据得到的结果一致。Polypropylene(PP)/polyguaiacol composite spline and PP/guaiacol composite spline were prepared by using guaiacol and polyguaiacol as antioxidant respectively.The influence of antioxidant on the crystallization behavior of PP was studied by DSC and PLM,and the changes of related crystallization kinetic parameters were analyzed.The experimental results showed that guaiacol and polyguaiacol antioxidant had heterogeneous nucleation effect on the crystallization of PP,which could promote the crystallization of PP and improve the crystallization rate,and the effect of polyguaiacol antioxidants was more obvious.Under isothermal and non-isothermal crystallization,as nucleating agents,both of them increased the crystallization temperature,shortened the halfcrystallization time and accelerated the crystallization rate of PP,but the crystallization mechanism remained unchanged.Kg and U*in Hoffmann-Lauritzen theory were obtained by non-isothermal crystallization data,and their variation trends were consistent with the results obtained by isothermal crystallization data.
