摘 要:合成了一种粒径约300 nm的磁性纳微米聚合物微球,采用SEM,XRD,VSM等分析手段对合成的磁性纳微米聚合物微球进行表征,考察了NaCl含量、温度、地层水类型和pH对磁性纳微米聚合物微球膨胀性能的影响,研究了磁性纳微米聚合物微球的封堵性能。表征结果显示,合成的磁性纳微米聚合物微球具有良好的分散性和均一性,且纯度较高。实验结果表明,合成的磁性纳微米聚合物微球抗温、抗盐性能良好,温度从60℃增加到100℃时,微球的膨胀倍率从5.2增至6.4;氯化钙和氯化镁水型及pH对微球膨胀倍率影响较大,磁性纳微米聚合物微球可以对1.2μm的核孔膜形成有效封堵。A magnetic nano-micron polymer particle with the size of 300 nm was synthesized and the magnetic nano-micro polymer microspheres were characterized by SEM,XRD,VSM and other analytical methods.The effects of NaCl content,temperatures,formation water types and pH on the expansion properties of magnetic nano-micron polymer particles were investigated.The sealing properties of magnetic nano-micron polymer particles were studied.The characterization results showed that the synthesized magnetic nano-micron polymer particles had good dispersion,uniformity and high purity.The experimental results showed that the magnetic nano-micron polymer microspheres had good temperature and salt resistance,when the temperature increased from 60℃to 100℃,the expansion ratio of magnetic nano-micron polymer microspheres increased from 5.2 to 6.4;the water type of CaCl2,MgCl2 and pH have great influence on expansion ratio of magnetic nano-micron polymer particles;the magnetic nano-micron polymer microspheres can effectively block the nuclear pore membrane of 1.2μm.
