脐针联合三部推拿法治疗心肾不交型不寐临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察脐针联合三部推拿法治疗心肾不交型不寐的临床疗效。方法选取2015年11月—2016年11月期间,河南省焦作市中医院针灸推拿康复科门诊就诊及住院的100例患者,经临床诊断,确诊为心肾不交型不寐的患者共100例。患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,其中治疗组采用脐针联合三部推拿法治疗,对照组采用归脾丸治疗。结果治疗组各阶段疗效优于对照组。差异有显著性,P<0.001。治疗组疗各阶段PSQI计分均明显低于对照组,差异有显著性,P<0.001。2组各阶段PSQI计分均低于治疗前,差异有显著性,P<0.001。结论脐针联合三部推拿法治疗心肾不交型失眠临床疗效确切,可显著提升睡眠质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of umbilical needle combined with three-stage massage method in the treatment of disharmony between heart and kidney insomnia.Methods From November 2015 to November 2016,100 patients from the acupuncture and massage rehabilitation department of Jiaozuo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled.The clinical diagnosis confirmed 100 patients with disharmony between heart and kidney insomnia.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with umbilical needle combined with three-stage massage method,and the control group was treated with Guipi pills.Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The difference was significant P<0.001.The scores of PSQI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was significant P<0.001.The PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was significant P<0.001.Conclusion Umbilical needle combined with three-stage massage method is effective in the treatment of disharmony between heart and kidney insomnia,which can significantly improve the quality of sleep.
