黄新艳教授应用巩堤丸的临床经验

摘　　要：黄新艳教授认为巩堤丸应用广泛,现代临床多用巩堤丸治疗小儿遗尿、尿道综合征、尿崩症、泌尿系感染、慢性肾炎、慢性肾功能不全、前列腺增生、前列腺炎等泌尿系统疾病。症见小便频数,遗尿或排尿不禁,疲倦乏力,腰酸,形寒,舌淡,脉虚软而迟者,使用巩堤丸,能取得明显疗效。然实际临床上患者症状轻重不一且变化多端,并伴有其他症状,所以需要抓住患者的主症,辨证用方,同时方药的运用在原方的基础上临床加减,以对症治疗。Professor Huang Xinyan believes that Gongdi pill is widely used in modern clinical practice to treat urinary system diseases such as enuresis,urethral syndrome,diabetes insipidus,urinary tract infection,chronic nephritis,chronic renal insufficiency,prostatic hyperplasia and prostatitis.Symptoms of frequent urination,enuresis or micturition out of control,fatigue,lumbar acid,cold,weak tongue or pulse,can achieve obvious curative effect by Gongdi pill.However,in clinical practice,patients’symptoms vary in severity and variety,and are accompanied by other symptoms,so it is necessary to grasp the main disease of patients,random strain,at the same time,the application of prescription in the basis of clinical addition and subtraction,to symptomatic treatment.
