益气活血方加虫类药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药益气活血方加虫类药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法将50例患者按照随机数字表随机分为观察组25例和对照组25例,对照组予甲钴胺片、西咪替丁片及中药益气活血方治疗。观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用虫类药全蝎、炮山甲,观察并记录2组VAS值。结果观察组疼痛缓解情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药益气活血方加虫类药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛有显著优越性。Objective To observe the clinical effect of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation prescription and insect drugs in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Method 50patients were randomly divided into observation group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases).The control group was treated with Mecobalamin tablets,Cimetidine tablets and benefiting qi for activating blood circulation prescription.The observation group was treated with scorpion and Mandarin beetle on the basis of the control group.The VAS values of the two groups were observed and recorded.Result The pain relief of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Benefiting qi for activating blood circulation prescription and insect drugs has significant advantages in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
