摘 要:为了提高五相永磁同步电机在两相开路时的转矩输出能力,通过建立电机驱动系统开路故障前后的数学模型,分析开路时的磁动势,在磁动势不变的基础上,构造电机在开路故障时的容错补偿电流,保证五相电机在故障情况下仍然能够拥有一定的转矩输出能力,抑制转矩波动,提高电机的运行可靠性。实验结果表明,该容错控制算法能够有效改善五相永磁同步电机两相开路故障状态下的运行性能。In order to improve the torque output capability of the five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor in two-phase open circuit,the mathematical model before and after the open circuit fault of the motor drive system was established,and the magnetomotive force at the open circuit was analyzed.On the basis of the constant magnetomotive force,the structure was constructed.The fault-tolerant compensation current of the motor in the open circuit fault ensures that the five-phase motor could still have a certain torque output capability under the fault condition,suppressed the torque fluctuation and improved the running reliability of the motor.The experimental results show that the fault-tolerant control algorithm can effectively improve the performance of five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor under two-phase open-circuit fault.
