摘　　要：目的探讨DRGS评价指标在医院绩效管理中的应用。方法通过采集2017年云南省30家三级综合医院的病案首页数据,对其进行医院服务绩效评价。结果从整体来看,医院6、9、11、14这四家三级综合医院在各方面表现相对较好,不仅收治住院患者较多,而且收治病例的技术难度系数高、DRGS组数更多,住院费用消耗和时间消耗都处于云南省中低水平,低风险死亡率小于等于0.01%。结论DRGS可以进行不同服务提供者之间同质病例服务绩效的比较,在医院绩效评价上具有客观性和可靠性,为医院等级评审提供一定的科学依据。Objective to explore the application of DRGS in hospital performance management.Methods By collected information of thirty Yunnan Third-level General Hospital homepage of the medical records in 2017,and carried outmedical performance evaluation.Results On the whole,the number of hospital six,nine,eleven,fourteen perform well in all aspects.They not only admitted a large number of patients,but also had a high technical difficulty coefficient and more DRGS groups.The both of the cost consumption and the time consumption were at lower level in Yunnan province,and the risk mortality was less than or equal to 0.01 percent.Conclusion Evaluation of medical service performance on similar cases in different hospitals can be compared based on DRGS.The method is objective and reliable,which can provide a certain scientific foundation for hospital grade evaluation.
