摘　　要：(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖实验是作为诊断真菌感染内脏器官、皮下组织等深部器官和组织的侵袭性真菌感染指标,在辅助临床的诊断和治疗上有很大的帮助,但作为一个实验指标,在检测的过程中,总是存在一定的干扰因素,使实验结果出现假阳性或假阴性。本文通过查阅国内外文献关于(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖实验干扰因素的研究情况进行归纳总结,并进行综述,为临床使用(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖实验指标提供指导并为进行(1,3)-β-D-葡聚糖实验干扰因素的研究提供参考依据。(1,3)-β-D-glucan test is an index of invasive fungal infection for the diagnosis of deep organs and tissues such as internal organs and subcutaneous tissues of fungal infections.It is of great help to clinical diagnosis and treatment,but as an experimental indicator,there are always some interference factors in the process of detection,which makes the test result false positive or false negative.This article summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on the(1,3)-β-D-glucan test interference factors,and reviews them,so as to provide guidance for the clinical application of(1,3)-β-D-glucan test and provide reference for the study of interference factors in(1,3)-β-D-glucan test.
