摘　　要：目的探讨结合雌激素乳膏联合全面护理干预在重度子宫脱垂术前阴道准备中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月就诊于我院的98例重度子宫脱垂患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各49例。两组均给予结合雌激素乳膏阴道上药,对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用全面护理干预。比较两组心理状态、护理总满意度与术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组的医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分为(6.87±2.15)分,低于对照组的(10.48±2.57)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理总满意度为95.92%,高于对照组的81.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合雌激素乳膏联合全面护理可有效改善重度子宫脱垂患者术前心理状态,提高护理满意度,减少术后并发症的发生,利于患者术后恢复。Objective To explore the application effect of vaginal preparation Conjugated Estrogen Cream combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on severe uterine prolapse before vaginal preparation.Methods A total of 98 cases of severe uterine prolapse treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to random number table method,49 cases in each group.The two groups were given Conjugated Estrogen Cream vaginal medicine,in which the control group received routine nursing intervention,while the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Psychological status,total nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)score of the research group was(6.87±2.15)points,lower than that of the control group for(10.48±2.57)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the research group was 95.92%,higher than that of the control group for 81.63%,(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Conjugated Estrogen Cream and comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the preoperative psychological state of patients with severe uterine prolapsed,improve nursing satisfaction,reduce postoperative complications and facilitate the recovery of patients.
