循证护理在手足口病患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在小儿手足口病(HFMD)中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月~2018年9月我院收治的160例HFMD患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=80)和观察组(n=80)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上加以循证护理干预,比较两组儿的症状改善时间、护理过程的依从性及护理总满意度。结果研究组的退疹、退热、咽痛消失及食欲改善时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理过程的行为、运动、饮食、用药方面的依从性高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组家属护理总满意度为96.25%,高于对照组的78.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在HFMD患儿治疗时,通过循证护理干预可提高患儿护理中的依从性,保障治疗效果,促进患儿康复,并改善患儿家属的护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in children with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,160 children with HFMD treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=80)and observation group(n=80)by the random digital table method.The children in the control group were given routine nursing,and the children in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The symptom improvement time,compliance of nursing process and total nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The time of antirash,antipyretic,pharyngeal pain disappearance and appetite improvement in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of behavior,exercise,diet and medication of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the family of the children in the observation group was 96.25%,which was higher than that of the control group(78.75%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of the treatment of HFMD,by evidence-based nursing intervention,the children compliance in the course of treatment can be improved,the treatment effect is guaranteed,the recovery of the child is promoted,and the nursing satisfaction of the children's family is improved.
