摘 要:应对MARPOL公约附则VI硫含量控制要求,基于400000 DWT超大型矿砂船,对比分析了低硫燃油、替代燃料LNG及脱硫系统的经济性与可行性,选定开式脱硫系统作为改装方案。阐述改装设计的关键问题及难点,并考虑闭式设备的空间预留,便于船东升级改装。研究相关法规适用性,为脱硫系统设计积累经验。凭借智能船舶网络平台系统高度可扩展的信息采集、分发、存储、船岸传输的能力,分析将脱硫系统的信息接入智能系统的可行性,并确定相应的技术方案,便于船东实时掌握脱硫系统的使用情况,设计院也可以通过后续的数据分析,为船东提供全寿命周期的技术支持服务。In response to the sulphur content control requirement of MARPOL Annex VI,the feasibility and economy of low sulphur fuel oil,alternative fuel LNG and wet desulfurization system were compared and analyzed based on the 400000 DWT VLOC.The open-loop desulfurization system as the retrofit plan was selected.The key points and difficulties of the retrofit design were presented and the closed-loop system space was reserved for easy upgrade in the future.The applicability of the relevant regulations was studied and the experience for EGCS design was accumulated.Based on the highly extensible data collection,distribution,storage,and ship-shore transmission ability of the intelligent ship cyber platform system,the feasibility of sharing EGCS signals with the intelligent system was analyzed and the corresponding technical solution was determined.It would be easy for ship-owner to obtain the service conditions of EGCS at real time,and the design institute could provide owner with technical support of full life-cycle through subsequent data analysis.
