摘  要:在码头和桥梁结构中常在钢管桩的顶部设置剪力键,能够提高钢管桩与上部结构连接桩芯混凝土的承载力以及结构整体性。由于带剪力键的桩芯混凝土受力机制较复杂,国内外学者对其理论研究还不够完善。本文以带单个剪力键的钢管桩桩芯混凝土为研究对象,首先基于变形协调原理推导出了弹性范围内桩芯混凝土在轴压作用下的位移和应力公式,然后利用Gebman试验报告中的试验数据与理论计算值进行对比,验证了理论推导公式的合理性。最后将ABAQUS有限元建模得到数模值与理论计算值对比,结果表明:计算值与数模值变化趋势基本一致;理论推导公式更适用于1.0 m以内的小直径钢管桩;桩芯混凝土与剪力键接触位置上部0~0.1 m范围区域为应力敏感区,该区域应力变化显著且应力集中现象明显。In the dock and bridge structure,shear keys are often placed on the top of the steel pipe pile to improve the bearing capacity and structural integrity of the pile-core concrete connected to the steel pipe pile and the superstructure. Due to the complicated mechanism of the pile-core concrete with shear key,the domestic and foreign scholars have not perfected the theoretical research on the force transmission mechanism of the pile-core concrete. In this paper,the concrete core of steel tubular pile with a single shear key is taken as the research object. First,based on the deformation coordination principle,the displacement and stress formula of the pile-core concrete under axial compression is derived. Then the experimental data in the Gebman test report is compared with the theoretical calculation value,and the theoretical derivation formula has been verified to have certain rationality. Finally,the ABAQUS finite element model is modeled. The numerical values are compared with the calculations of the derivation formula. It shows that the calculated values are basically consistent with the numerical model values. The theoretical derivation formula is more suitable for small diameter steel piles within 1.0 m. The area between 0~0.1 m in the upper part of the contact between the pile-core concrete and the shear key is the stress-sensitive area. The stress change in this area is significant and the stress concentration is obvious.
