摘 要:以Ca(OH)2和ZnO为主要原料,研究化学合成方法制备锌酸钙过程中不同碱浓度、反应时间及反应温度对制得样品的影响,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其晶体结构、形貌进行表征,获得化学合成方法制备锌酸钙晶体控制影响规律。结果表明,碱浓度增加会影响锌酸钙晶体结晶性;反应时间的延长将会使反应更完全,晶体表面具有光泽;反应温度则是影响锌酸钙晶体尺寸及相貌的重要因素。In the process of preparing calcium zincate by chemical synthesis method using Ca(OH)2 and ZnO as main raw materials,the effects of different alkali concentration,reaction time and reaction temperature were studied.The crystal structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray Diffraction(XRD)and Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM).The influence of chemical synthesis on the crystal control of calcium zincate was obtained.The results show that the increase of alkali concentration will affect the crystallinity of calcium zincate crystal,the prolongation of reaction time will make the reaction more complete,the surface of the crystal has luster,and the reaction temperature is an important factor affecting the crystal size and appearance of calcium zincate.
