摘　　要：2019年11月21日,由暨南大学公共管理学院/应急管理学院主办的“中国之治”公共管理院长论坛在暨南大学召开。广东省各高校公共管理学院院长围绕本次论坛主题“中国之治”共同学习、研讨党的十九届四中全会精神,深刻理解和领会我国国家制度和国家治理体系的显著优势。与会院长和嘉宾一致认为,党的十九届四中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化若干重大问题的决定》,是开辟“中国之治”新境界的破题之钥、奠基之石,体现了党对治理国家的深刻认识和高超的治国智慧,为新时代我国全面深化改革指明了总方向。本专题根据现场发言整理而成,并经发言人修订。篇幅所限,部分发言未能收录,内容编排并未完全按照发言顺序。On November 21,2019,the Dean’s Forum on“China’s Governance”sponsored by the School of Public Administration and Emergency Management of Jinan University,was held in Jinan University.The Dean of the School of Public Administration of Colleges and Universities in Guangdong Province studied and discussed the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee around the theme of this forum,and deeply understood the remarkable advantages of China’s national system and national governance system.The participants agreed that the decision of the CPC Central Committee on upholding and perfecting the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,was the key to and foundation stone for opening up a new realm of“China’s governance”,reflecting the Party’s profound understanding of governing the country and its superb wisdom.The“China’s governance”points out the general direction for the overall deepening of reform in the new era.The topic was organized on the basis of live presentations and revised by the speaker.Limited in length,some of the statements were not included,and the presentation was not entirely in the order in which they were delivered.
