新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间某三甲医院呼吸内科病房管理实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间呼吸与危重症学科(以下简称呼吸科)病房最优管理方案,减少院内感染,为最大程度降低呼吸科住院患者与工作人员感染新型冠状病毒肺炎的风险提供保障.确保医护人员工作顺利开展,增加住院患者的满意度.方法:根据国家卫生健康委员会颁布关于印发新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案第二至第六版以及其他关于医疗物资及不同人群等的管理方法官方文件,结合呼吸科专科病房的工作特点,制定最优的病房管理方案.结果:通过疫情特殊情况下呼吸科病房最优管理方案,我院呼吸科患者满意度平均为91.3分,住院患者无1人疑似或者确诊感染新型冠状病毒肺炎.我院呼吸科工作人员,包括医生、护士、科室工勤人员无1人疑似或者确诊感染新型冠状病毒,病房工作开展顺利.结论:我院呼吸科在疫情期间,病房管理方案有效可行,值得推广借鉴.Objective:To explore the optimal management measure for the ward of Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine(Respiratory Medicine)during the epidemic period of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19),thus to reduce nosocomial infection and minimize the infection risk of COVID-19 in patients and staff of the respiratory department,to ensure the medical staff to work smoothly and to increase the satisfaction of hospitalized patients.Methods:According to the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan of COVID-19(the Second to Sixth Edition)and other official documents of management methods on medical supplies and different populations issued by the National Health Commission,the optimal ward management measure was developed combined with the working characteristics of the respiratory ward.Results:According to the optimal management measure of the respiratory ward under special circumstances of the epidemic,the average satisfaction score of the respiratory patients in our hospital was 91.3 points.None of the inpatients and the staff in respiratory department of our hospital,including doctors,nurses and office staff,was suspected or confirmed to be infected with COVID-19.The work in the ward was carried out smoothly.Conclusion:During the outbreak of COVID-19,the ward management measure of the respiratory department in our hospital was effective and feasible,which is worthy of promotion and reference.
