摘  要:目的评析不规则抗体联合血型抗体效价检测对多次妊娠孕妇的影响和意义。方法选取接受孕期检查的368例孕妇为研究对象,其中初次妊娠155例纳入对照组,多次妊娠213例纳入观察组,检测2组不规则抗体,并对O型孕妇进行IgG抗-A(B)血型抗体效价检测。结果观察组不规则抗体阳性检出率为5.16%,高于对照组的1.29%(P<0.05);观察组O型孕妇IgG抗-A(B)血型抗体效价阳性检出率为70.77%,高于对照组的51.72%(P<0.05)。结论不规则抗体联合血型抗体效价检测可为新生儿溶血病的早期诊断和临床干预提供参考,有利于改善孕妇尤其是多次妊娠妇女生育质量。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and significance of irregular antibody and blood group antibody titer detection in pregnant women with multiple pregnancies.Methods A total of 368 pregnant women undergoing antenatal examination were divided into control group(155 women with first pregnancy)and observation group(213 women with multiple pregnancies).Irregular antibodies were detected in both groups.The titer of IgG anti-A(B)blood group antibody was determined in pregnant women with type O blood.Results The positive rate of irregular antibodies in observation group(5.16%)was higher than that in control group(1.29%)(P<0.05).The positive rate of IgG ant-A(B)blood group antibody titer in pregnant women with type O blood in observation group(70.77%)was higher than that in control group(51.72%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of irregular antibody and blood group antibody titer can facilitate the early diagnosis and clinical intervention of neonatal hemolytic disease,and is beneficial to improve the fertility quality in pregnant women,especially women with multiple pregnancies.
