摘 要:为探究电压波动与闪变时三相异步电动机的损耗特性及能效变化,以一台11 k W的三相异步电动机为例,利用经典等效电路,在电压波动的参数范围内,设定步长,定性、定量分析了异步电动机各项损耗及能效随参数的变化情况。仿真数据表明,电动机能效与波动频率成反比、与波动幅值的平方成反比,且反比于波动频率与幅值的乘积;25 Hz的波动频率点为铜耗、铁耗及能效的突变点。当波动频率大于25 Hz时,负序磁场使定、转子铜耗明显增加,能效下降速度加快,而铁耗始终变化不大。In order to explore the loss characteristics and energy efficiency of the three-phase asynchronous motor under the voltage fluctuation and flicker,an 11 kW three-phase asynchronous motor was used to analyze qualitatively and quantitatively the loss and energy efficieny by classical equivalent circuit with the variation of the voltage fluctuation parameters in a certain step size. The simulations showed that the decrease of efficiency was proportional to the fluctuation frequency,the square of fluctuation amplitude,and the product of frequency and amplitude. The fluctuation frequency of 25 Hz was the abrupt change point of copper loss,iron loss and energy efficiency. When the fluctuation frequency was greater than 25 Hz,the copper loss of stator and rotor was obviously increased with the negative sequence magnetic field,and the decrease of energy efficiency was accelerated. The iron loss does not change much all the time.
