摘  要:采用有限元分析中热-应力耦合场分析方式对不锈钢板翅片、隔板等组成的板翅式结构的换热器在高温条件下运行的工作情况,分析其产生的热应力和热变形。首先需要对板翅式换热器的结构单元建立一个二维模型,再计算高温流体换热的工作情况,使用数值模拟的计算方式。其次,将计算出来的结果作为初始条件导入结构分析单元,进行结构性能分析。分析过程中需要考虑不锈钢材料与母材之间存在的差异性,以及与焊缝结构之间存在的影响,得出最大应力的数值大小和存在的位置,然后分析在不同工作状况下翅片结构产生应力与应变结构性能。The heat exchanger of plate fin structure composed of stainless steel plate fins and diaphragms is analyzed in the way of thermal stress coupled field analysis in the finite element analysis. The working condition of the heat exchanger under high temperature is analyzed, and the thermal stress and deformation are analyzed. First of all, it is necessary to establish a two-dimensional model for the structural element of the plate fin heat exchanger, and then calculate the working condition of the high-temperature fluid heat exchange, using the numerical simulation method. Then the calculated results, as the initial conditions, are imported into the structural analysis cell for structural performance analysis. In the process of analysis, we need to consider some situations, one is the difference between the stainless steel material and the base metal, and the influence between the stainless steel material and the weld structure, and then get the value and location of the maximum stress. Then, the reason of stress and strain structure performance of fin structure under different working conditions is analyzed.
