摘　　要：结合实际工作经验,针对16MN快速锻造液压机组的常见故障模式进行分析,从强化技术维护、构建预防性体系以及完善液压系统维护机制等方面制定对策,从而提升机组液压系统的稳定性。Based on the practical work experience, this paper analyzes the common failure modes of 16 Mn rapid forging hydraulic unit. On this basis, the countermeasures are formulated from strengthening the technical maintenance, building the preventive system, improving the maintenance mechanism of the hydraulic system, so as to improve the stability of the hydraulic system of the unit.
