摘  要:通过分析影响制冷压缩机吸排气阀寿命的因素,找出适合制冷压缩机吸排气阀加速疲劳的实验设备,并且制定了一个科学、合理的实验方案。根据实验结果能够得出结论:最快进行压缩残余应力衰减的地方是阀片的根部。希望实验结果能够给制作制冷压缩机吸排气阀的工作人员提供参考。By analyzing the factors that affect the life of the Suction and exhaust valve of refrigeration compressor, this paper finds out the suitable experimental equipment for accelerating fatigue of the Suction and exhaust Valve, and formulates a scientific and reasonable experimental scheme. According to the results of the experiment, it can be concluded that the root of the valve is the fastest place for the reduction of the compressive residual stress. It is hoped that the results of the experiment can provide a certain basis for the workers who make Suction and exhaust Valves.
