摘　　要：当前我国已经步入了信息化发展时代,人们在日常生活和工作中对电脑、多媒体以及各种网络通信技术应用层次越来越高,加快了人们的生活节奏,同时提高了人们的信息传输质量以及生活质量.基于此,本文重点针对信息化发展环境下,医院档案队伍建设工作展开了分析和研究,有效提出了信息化发展背景下,医院档案队伍建设工作的相关要点以及策略,对提高医院档案管理工作的质量和效率有着重要的意义.at present,China has entered the era of information development,people in daily life and work on the computer,multimedia and a variety of network communication technology application level is increasingly high,to speed up the pace of people’s life,and improve the quality of information transmission and quality of life.Based on this,this paper analyzes and studies the construction of hospital archives team under the information development environment,and effectively proposes the key points and strategies of the construction of hospital archives team under the information development background,which is of great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of hospital archives management.
