从公众参与问题探讨“以人民为本”的景观设计理念

摘　　要：景观具有生态性、审美性以及公共性,景观设计不仅可以解决城市问题,还具有影响人类价值观的社会作用。文章从国内公众参与社区环境营建的新闻报道中选取代表性项目,思考国内公众参与景观设计的现状与问题,结合国内外有关公众参与研究趋势,认为公众参与不仅是景观设计过程的重要环节,也是探索景观设计发展的新契机,最后提出"以人民为本"的景观设计理念,将价值观同生态观、审美观一起纳入景观设计中,从而发挥景观设计的社会作用及影响力。With ecological,aesthetic and publicity, landscape architecture could not only solve urban problems but also had a social role that affects human values. This paper selected representative projects from the news of citizen participation in community environment construction,thinking of the present situation and problems of citizen participation at domestic,referring to the research tendency of citizen participation,holding that citizen participation was not only an important part of landscape architecture process,but also a new opportunity to explore the landscape architecture. Finally,this study put forward the "people-oriented" landscape architecture conception,and brought the view of the value with ecological and aesthetic into landscape architecture,thus playing social role and influence of landscape architecture.
