摘  要:为减少核工业热室遥控操作更换卧式铣床用圆锯刀的工作量,以及降低报废刀具的清洁解控成本,自制了激光表面淬火强化圆锯刀,将其与M2普通圆锯刀、TiN涂层圆锯刀、氮化圆锯刀作为研究对象,进行了主轴转速为190 r/min、纵向进给量为160 mm/min切削条件下高速干切削316L不锈钢管材的干切削实验,结果表明:氮化圆锯刀的耐用度最好,TiN涂层圆锯刀次之,而经激光表面淬火强化的圆锯刀的耐用度反而不及普通圆锯刀。结合显微组织及其特性阐述了TiN涂层、氮化圆锯刀的干切削磨损机理;结合表面形貌、显微组织、显微硬度分析了激光表面淬火强化圆锯刀的干切削磨损机理。论述了4种圆锯刀高速干切削316L不锈钢的适应性,并说明了热室不宜采用硬质合金铣刀片、金刚石砂轮片作为干切削切割取样刀具的理由。In order to reduce the workload of replacing circular saws for horizontal milling machines by remote operation in the hot chamber of the nuclear industry,and to reduce the cleaning and scrap cost of tools,a laser surface hardening strengthened circular saw is made.Compared with M2 ordinary circular saw blade,TiN coated circular saw blade,nitrided circular saw blade,dry cutting experiments of high speed dry cutting of 316L stainless steel pipes with a spindle speed of 190r/min and a longitudinal feed of 160 mm/min are performed.The results show that:nitrided circular saw blades have the best durability,TiN coated circular saw blades have the second highest durability,and laser surface hardened circular saw blades have less durability than ordinary circular saw blades.Based on the microstructure and its characteristics,the dry cutting wear mechanism of TiN coating and nitrided circular saw blades is described.The surface cutting,microstructure,and microhardness are analyzed to study the dry cutting wear mechanism of laser surface quenching and strengthening circular saw blades The adaptability of four types of circular saws for high-speed dry cutting of 316 L stainless steel is discussed,and the reason why hard alloy milling inserts and diamond wheels are not suitable as dry cutting cutting sampling tools in the hot chamber is explained.
