摘  要:多影像坐标测量系统因其非接触、速度快的优势获得广泛应用,当一个测量项需要多个影像系统协作完成时,需事先进行复合标定。文中针对多影像坐标测量系统,以标准球实现各子影像系统的复合标定与检验。各子影像系统分别获取测量空间中同一位置的标准球球心坐标,改变标准球的位置,建立超定方程组,求解各子影像坐标系之间的坐标变换矩阵,即完成复合标定。对平行双影像坐标测量系统和正交双影像坐标测量系统进行了试验研究,复合标定位置为测量空间长方体6个侧面及3个中截面的顶点、中心点,共27个点位,精度验证在测量空间中随机取5个点位,标定与验证用两个直径不同的标准球。试验结果表明,多影像坐标测量系统可用标准球进行复合标定。Multi-image coordinate measurement systems are widely used due to their advantages of non-contact and high speed.When a measurement item requires the cooperation of multiple imaging systems,a composite calibration is required in advance.This paper aims at the multi-image coordinate measurement system,and uses the standard sphere to realize the compound calibration and inspection of each sub-image system.Each sub-image system obtains the coordinates of the center of the standard sphere at the same position in the measurement space,changes the position of the standard sphere,establishes an over-determined system,and solves the coordinate transformation matrix between the sub-image coordinate systems to complete the composite calibration.The experimental research of parallel dual image coordinate measurement system and orthogonal dual image coordinate measurement system is carried out.The composite calibration positions are 6 sides of the measurement space cuboid,and 3 vertices and center points of the middle section,with a total of 27 points.Five points are randomly selected in the measurement space to verify the accuracy,and two standard spheres with different diameters are used for calibration and verification.The test results show that the multi-image coordinate measurement system can be used for standard calibration with a standard sphere.
